[EBB Sightings] Lake Merritt

I saw the Tufted Duck this morning at Lake Merritt near the islands. I
hadn't seen it in about two weeks but it was there today.

In the past week or so a few dozen Common and Barrow's Goldeneyes have taken
up residence. Among them was the Barrow's x Hooded Merganser hybrid that has
been seen in past years. They were around the islands this morning.
