[EBB Sightings] Brandt's cormorants continue at Berkeley Pier

This morning around 10:00 a Brandt's cormorant was busy diving, catching, and eating fish on the north side of the Berkeley Pier about halfway out the pier.  A second Brandt's cormorant was farther north, outside the rocky breakwater. Bob Brandriff originally reported these birds on October 31. Three common loons were also near the pier, one near the Brandt's, one farther out the pier on the south side, and one very close to shore on the south side.
