On a couple short bike rides last week I had the following highlights:

Lake Temescal (Saturday morning):

White-throated Swift
Belted Kingfisher

Black-crowed Night Heron
12 Ruddy Ducks


Shadow Cliffs in Pleasanton, off Stanley Road:

6 Common Moorhens
12 Ring-necked Ducks
Osprey
Common Yellowthroat
White-tailed Kite
Hutton's Vireo
