[EBB Sightings] Pt Isabel Short-Eared Owl

We checked out Pt Isabel Regional Shoreline this morning (Sun, Oct 
12).  Struck out on the good birds seen there yesterday.  (High tide 
made looking for the Sharp-tailed Sandpiper impractical.  Hopefully, 
others will have better luck later in the day.)

Consolation prize was a SHORT-EARED OWL seen just before 9:00 am 
flying northwest over the inlet just north of the dog park (just west 
of the bike trail).  Disappeared into the marsh.
