[EBB Sightings] Point Isabel Regional Shoreline (not the Hayward Shoreline)

I went up there around noon looking for the Tropical Kingbird (which I did not see), along the bay trail which runs on the east side of Point Isabel, was a Blackpoll Warbler. It was with a small flock of warblers in some fennel along the trail about 100 yards north of the bridge over the slough that runs into Hoffmann Marsh (not certain on the name).
