    Hi EBBers,

This morning at 11:30AM I observed a Long-tailed Duck near the mouth of
Richmond's Marina Bay. Scoping from Vincent Park it appeared to be roughly
halfway between the Marina Bay entrance and the westerly extension of Brooks
Island. During the time I observed the duck it was associating with a group
    of four Surf Scoters.

A little further to the south I observed the following birds during the
    morning:

3 Eurasian Wigeons at the shellmounds located at the north end of the Albany
    mudflats.

1 Wilson's Snipe in the large grassy area of Berkeley's Cesar Chavez Park.

1 Burrowing Owl near the NE corner of Berkeley's Cesar Chavez Park.

2 Eurasian Wigeons at the outflow of Strawberry Creek into SF Bay (behind
    the Seabreeze Restaurant)

15 Surfbirds roosting in the rip rap just south of Emery Point.

    Good birding,
