[EBB Sightings] Black and Ruddy Turnstones at Arrowhead -pic

On Friday I had a very close and long view of a mixed flock of Black and Ruddy Turnstones feeding the shoreline at Arrowhead where San Leandro Creek meets the Bay.  

I would guess they numbered near 100.  My experience over the years has been they stay around over a period of days. Lots of interesting chatter among them while feeding and when flying as a flock they are spectacular.
