    Hi East Bay Birders:

I saw the Solitary Sandpiper this morning at 7am. It was foraging on
the south shore of the pond at the intersection of Cull Canyon Rd. and
    Heyer Rd. in Castro Valley.

Later Bob Power and I birded Tassajara Creek Park in Livermore. We
saw a few Yellow Warblers and Pacific Slope Flycatchers.
Unfortunately, the Black-and-White Warbler didn't materialize until
after Bob left. I saw it well from the bridge off and on from 8:30 -
8:45am when I lost it. It moved around a lot but mostly stayed in the
trees just to the west of the bridge.

    Good birding.
