    Hi East Bay Birders:

There was a juvenile-plumage Pigeon Guillemot at the end of the
Berkeley Pier this morning as well as about a dozen Elegant Terns.

A Willow Flycatcher was at the picnic area southeast of University
Ave. and Seawall Drive (foot of Berkeley Pier). This area is reached
by taking the path north from the north end of His Lordship's
Restaurant parking lot (flycatcher in willows surrounding a birdbox on
top of a 20 foot pole). There was also a Eurasian Collared-Dove here.

Earlier, amongst the many other shorebirds, there was a continuing
lone juvenile Red Knot and lone Red-necked Phalarope at the Albany
mudflats. I also saw the over summering Northern Pintail.

    Good birding,
