I just opened an email from a friend on the other side of Ygnacio Valley 
Road in Walnut Creek.  She sent me a photo of a male Rose-breasted Grosbeak 
which was at her feeder this morning.  I don't know if her feeder is in the 
front or back yard, but it is in a residential neighborhood south of Heather 
Farm Park in Walnut Creek and probably not accesible to the public.  Keep 
your eyes open as the migration mounts.
