[EBB Sightings] Wandering Tattler, Albany Bulb

So I started out at Middle Harbor in Oakland, looking for the tattler seen
there.  No joy.  Only the Cackling Goose.  Stopped at Point Emery, just some
Black Turnstones.  On to University, where a young Common Murre was getting
pestered by Western Gulls.  Finally the bulb, where I was rewarded, finally,
after scanning the perimeter rip-rap around the lagoon several times.  The
tattler was snoozing alongside a brick square construction.

I knew it would be the last place I looked....
