I did not start my ride through Heather Farm Park today until after 9:30, 
waiting until the pharmacy in RiteAid was open.  An American Avocet was out 
in the middle of the large, more noatural pond between the island and wooden 
railing.  Unless Steve Glover has information of sightings in the 60s or 
70s, this is the first time that I know of an Avocet in this locastion.

The two Kingfishers are still making lots of noise as they chase each other 
around the island.  They have been busy there for a couple of weeks now.
