    At midday today, in addition to the myriad WIllets, Marbled Godwits,
    and Western Sandpipers, there was a single Snowy Plover foraging at
    the north end of Frank's dump, a pair of Semi-palmated Plover on the
    east side, and at least 75 Black-bellied plover in varying states of
    transition back to basic plumage.
    
    It's fun to have the shorebirds back in force!
