[EBB Sightings] Birds of Northern California

Dear Ebber's;

I saw a post in the last month about downloading 'Birds of Northern California' from the  GGAS website.  I can't find it listed on the site, and the links provided in the post were listed as errors.  Does anyone know where I can find it?

Also, at the wind-swept Hayward Shoreline last evening, I saw 7 Whimbrels huddled along the levees.  Is this a late occurance?  Did the wind drive them ashore?  There were also many Red-Necked Phalaropes and 1 Red Phalarope out in the ponds.  All of the self-respecting terns and skimmers were sensibly hunkered down on the islands.  The same could not be said about the birders.
