[EBB Sightings] Richmond & Winton Ave.

Seen from Vincent park at Richmond harbor this morning
were the male BLACK SCOTER (in it's usual place) & the
LONG-TAILED DUCK (seen next to the middle red
cone-like bouy). Later in the morning (11 a.m.) at
Hayward Shoreline, Winton Ave. a CASSIN'S VIREO was
loudly scolding from the myoporum (I think that's
right) & trees next to the old ranger's station. I got
a brief but clear view of the bird up close.
