[EBB Sightings] departure times

Dear Birders:

Joe Morlan's valuable list of recorded dates for the spring arrivals of
various species, raises the question:  Is there data on when our winter
residents depart for their breeding territories?  Do earlier and warmer
springs prompt earlier departures?  I raise the question because both
the White-crowned and Golden-crowned Sparrows, regular visitors to my
feeders during the winter, are no longer in evidence.  In most years, I
have a few Golden-crowns lingering into April.
