Yesterday morning, near the area that I described in my posting on  
March 7, we located a pair of Rock Wrens.  They were observed in a  
small ravine beyond the gate to the fire trail.  Other noteworthy  
species included:

Great-horned Owl - a pair
Rufous-crowned Sparrow - several
Lark Sparrow - several
Western Bluebird - many
