[EBB Sightings] Downy WP digs

I've had a Chickadee birdhouse in my flatland yard for 3 years that was unoccupied until this winter when a female Downy Woodpecker enlarged the hole and used it as a roost. I heard some tapping today and it was not my neighbor  working on his roof. She was back with a male who she sent inside to inspect. He stayed in quite awhile so much  the female came and tried to stick her head in, to which the male made a pecking motion at her. This happened 3 times, before he finally came out. They were last seen flying off together perhaps to continue their house hunting.
