[EBB Sightings] Herring Gull, Lake Merritt

Hopefully this will get through.  I've been having trouble with getting
messages into EBB.

Yesterday added Lake Merrit Herring Gull to the Alameda Big Year list, and
today we had a GGAS trip to Arrowhead, where we saw Clapper and Virginia
Rails, already reported by Bob Power.  The group missed Burrowing Owl, but a
few of us managed to spot it on the way out, thanks to an assist from Ken
Walters.

There are now at least 4 male and 2 female Blue-winged Teal at Garretson
Point at the end of Edgewater in Oakland.

I will post the overall Alameda List on my website, after a little more
discussion with Bob Power.  I think I'm up to 70!
