[EBB Sightings] oiled bird report

I have formed a new group (East Bay Bird Advocates) with some fellow  
bird-lovers and volunteer bird-rescuers (who acted during the Cosco  
Busan spill) in an effort to get a better wildlife response in the  
next spill. If anyone on the list would like a copy of the report we  
put together, please let me know offline and I will email it to you.  
It's about 10 pages, and we have submitted it to some of the  
legislators who are working on bills. We would like to coordinate our  
efforts with anyone else out there doing similar work or with a  
similar interest.
