[EBB Sightings] Tropical Kingbird / pix

In three previous attempts to photograph the Tropical
Kingbird at the end of Winton Ave. in Hayward, I couldn't
get close enough for decent shots. Earlier today, the bird
finally posed for the camera.

The Kingbird was on both sides of the flood control channel
east of W. Winton Ave. from noon to 12:30. It then lew off
toward the stand of eucalyptus trees a quarter mile to
the south and didn't return during the next hour.
