All of the Wind Turbines have been shut down, none were rotating, several
Turbines are down on the ground being dismantled.
I believe that WindPower Industry has to shut down during winter migration
to reduce the killing of Raptors, Owls and Eagles.
Like wise I believe that the Wind Turbines being dismantled is also count
    mandated.
The courts - thoughts the lawsuits brought by Center for Biological
Diversity, Audubon and others found that the Wind Power industry
specifically knew of which sites had high kill counts.
The court rule these site be removed.

It is more fun to arrive at a conclusion than to justify it
