[EBB Sightings] Request

If anyone is surveying for oiled birds, there is a cluster of oiled
Scaup that I am hoping will stay huddled together till rescuers arrive.
My concern is that if they are approached they might scatter, lowering
the success of a rescue attempt.

The site: Bay Farm Island. A large rectangular shaped pool off
Doolittle, just east of Harbor Bay Pkwy, next to the model airplane
flying area. I walked on the berm which forms the east border of the
pool. The ducks were huddled together, on land, next to where tidal
water enters the pool.
