[EBB Sightings] EBB Sightings Lake Chabot and Martin Creek Canyon Trail

Yesterday while taking a boat out onto the lake, we saw the following:

Most of these were in or around the reeds in the first arm of the lake to
the east.

 

Virginia Rail. It was at the far back of arm in the reeds.  

 

3 Wilson Snipe

 

Townsends Warbler (along with numerous Yellow-rumped Warbler)

 

Bufflehead

 

Black Crowned Night Heron

 

Female Northern Shoveler

 

Today on Martin Canyon trail which runs west off Silvergate Road in Dublin
we saw a pair of red-naped sapsuckers.

 

We were also surprised to see the trees full of Robins.
