[EBB Sightings] Tropical Kingbird, Hayward Shoreline

I just got a phone call from Bob Richmond. He is looking at a Tropical
Kingbird at the end of Winton Ave. Specifically, where the road crosses
a canal as you enter the EBRP parking lot. At that point the bird is
visible on a telephone line as you look east.
