[EBB Sightings] Can anyone ID this song?

I was at Huckleberry Regional Preserve in the Oakland hills on Sunday.

There was this bird singing in the manzanita, on the high side of the trail. 
When it flew off, it gave a soft "whit..whit" call in flight. I only saw the silhouette.
