[EBB Sightings] White-throated Sparrow

A White-throated Sparrow returned to our N. Berkeley patio this 
morning; this marks the sixth year in the past seven that we have 
hosted this species. This is the earliest appearance we've recorded, 
though we had two winter-long visitors in 2006-07. (Last year was a 
banner year for this species in the East Bay. The Oakland CBC recorded 
16, compared with an average of about 6 since 1990).
