[EBB Sightings] Hayward Shoreline 10/24

Today at the Hayward Shoreline -

Merlin - 1 seen on Mt. Trashmore was the first I have seen this fall.

Peregrine Falcon - 2 seen around the Ora Loma Sewage Treatment Plant. 1 was
   an immature of the race tundrius.

Pectoral Sandpiper - 1 in the sludge pond at Ora Loma Sewage Treatment Plant.
   It was only seen the second time I was there during the day, not the first 
   of third.

Stilt Sandpiper - 2 in the sludge pond at Ora Loma Sewage Treatment Plant.
   They were only seen the first time I was there during the day, not the 
   second or third.

Clay-colored Sparrow - 1 seen in the weedy field north of the Grant Ave. 
   parking lot, where it was seen yesterday.

Chestnut-collared Longspur - 1 seen on Mt. Trashmore. This is the first since
   the late fall of 2004.
