[EBB Sightings] Black Skimmers

I returned this morning to Meeker Slough  (7:30-8) to get a better look at 
the Black Skimmers and was not disappointed. Wed. afternoon had been too 
windy to hold my binos steady and they had been snoozing with their heads 
tucked. Today I found one skimming and then sitting near the water working 
with it's bill just south of the broken pier. Also present were 4 Scaup and 
2 Black Turnstones duking it out over a small patch of foraging turf.
