[EBB Sightings] FIRST OF THE SEASON ...

Townsend's Warbler showed up at the bird bath - briefly - this evening
during a flurry of activity that included both Red-breasted and Pygmy
Nuthatches, Bushtits, Lesser Goldfinch, as well as the usual crew of
Dark-eyed Juncoes, CA Towhees, Steller?s and Scrub Jays, Mourning Doves,
etc., etc.  For a brief moment this afternoon I thought I also had a very
early Red-breasted Sapsucker but it was only a Steller?s Jay doing a
stupendously successful imitation.
