    Hi EBBers,
    
    This morning at low tide I took a walk along the Richmond Bay Trail.  At the 
    Richmond Harbor, a Black Skimmer was foraging low over the water, presumably 
    one of the same ones reported during the last week or so.  Three Black 
    Oystercatchers were resting on the rip-rap out towards the Bay from Meeker 
    Slough.  Also in this area were four Red-necked Phalaropes and a Black 
    Turnstone. There were quite a few Caspian Terns around, a few Forster's 
    Terns and I counted five Least Terns.  With the high density of housing in 
    this area, I was surprised to find a (dead) Terrestrial Garter Snake on 
    Bayside Road.
