Jean & I were at Albany Bulb today, and we saw both a male bufflehead & 
a male surf scoter.

The bufflehead had a brown discoloration on its side. We wondered if it 
had gotten into an oil spill and that' why it didn't migrate.

The other birds of note were the yellow variant house finches. Wow!
