[EBB Sightings] red phalarope - Bay trail near Richmond Field Station

I saw a red phalarope about 6:30pm on Monday 6/4.  I was on the the Bay 
Trail north of Pt Isabel, south of Marina Bay.  More specifically, it was 
about 0.1 mile north of the 51st street spur trail.  In that area, there 
are some small pools east of the main Bay Trail.  I saw the phalarope in 
the water of those pools.
