A female Red Phalarope in bright breeding plumage was still at the
Stege Marsh on the Richmond Bayshore at 2:30 PM today. It was feeding
in the small channel just to the east of the Bay Trail, at the first
black plastic fence north of the 51st Street access (Bayview exit from
I-580).
