[EBB Sightings] Re: Berkeley yard sighting question

Does anyone know what this bird might be? I kept hearing a raspy sort of occasional buzz while I was out gardening, so I got out
my binoculars and looked in the oak tree where it seemed to be coming from. The bird kept flitting around so fast that I
couldn't get a good look, but I did see that it was brownish with a dark black eye streak and a warbler-ish (or vireo-esque??)
bill. The call was a raspy kind of buzz.
