[EBB Sightings] North Lake Del Valle

This morning I birded the area from Veterans Park to the damn and some of
the surrounding hill sides. The riparian was crawling with Wilson's Warblers
and Warbling Vireos. Also had 2 Townsends Warblers in the oaks and 3 Yellow
Warblers. The Western Wood-Pewee which hangs out near the white bridge made
his FOS appearance. Many fledged birds seen, Black Phoebe, Western
Bluebirds, Oak Titmouse, Dark-eyed Juncos and Scrub Jays. Ash-throated
Flycatchers are pairing up and looking for nest holes. I heard one faint
Grasshopper Sparrow song but couldn't locate the singer. This is the first
weekend I didn't list White-crowned or Golden-crowned Sparrow.
