[EBB Sightings] Garin- Western Kingbirds

Today 4/12 at Garin Regional Park near Union City, I was looking for the 
long missing Shrike that used to hang out near the  westerly parking lot,  
but instead I found 3 Western Kingbirds on the fence there. This is the 
first time I have seen them there, in the many years I have been to this 
park in the spring.
I also watched a Red-shouldered hawk displaying a large green deciduous leaf 
in it's talons to another, until a Red Tail gave chase and the leaf was 
dropped. In this particular kettle of  soaring hawks and turkey vultures was 
another Red-tail and a pair of  White tailed Kites. And o glorious looks at 
many Bullocks Orioles and Blackheaded Grosbeaks but not a single Warbler.
