[EBB Sightings] Hayward Shoreline

Sunday at the shoreline - 

Cackling Goose - 2 on the Radio Tower Hills.

Eurasian Wigeon - 1 male in Frank's Dump East (not West). Look in this pond from Winton Ave. 
   where the road makes a left turn of almost 90 degrees. This ia also where trucks carring fill 
   turn off Winton Ave. They were not there Sunday, but will be the rest of the week.

Peregrine Falcon - 1 adult on the Radio Towers.

Bank Swallow - 1 or 2 seen in the City of Hayward Ponds. Other swallows present - Violet-green 
   Swallow, Tree Swallow, N. Rough-winged Swallow, Barn Swallow, and Cliff Swallow.

Yellow-headed Blackbird - 1 male seen from the west end of Depot Road in the City of Hayward 
   Ponds.

Great-tailed Grackle - 3 (2 males, 1 female) also seen fron the west end of Depot Road in the
   City of Hayward Ponds.

Other unusual birds seen here (unusual for the shoreline) were 1 Green Heron and 4 White-throated 
   Swifts.
