[EBB Sightings] Byron Time?

I'm taking some friends on a Contra Costa birding expedition tomorrow, 
visiting places I've never seen, either. The Byron Airport is definitely 
on the list and the way the route breaks out, it'd either be in the 
morning or early to mid afternoon. Is one better than the other?
