[EBB Sightings] PILEATED WOODPECKER

Today I saw a Pileated Woodpecker, the first in a while, as it flew into
a Monterey pine on a ridge above the Huckleberry Trail.  The sighting
was near  the Skyline/Pinehurst Road intersection, further north than
other sightings in recent years, most of which were in Redwood Regional
Park along the West Ridge Trail and in Oakland's Joaquin Miller Park.
This sighting may, in fact, have been in Contra Costa County.
