[EBB Sightings] If it wasn't a Cal Towhee, what was it?

I didn't get a good look at the eye, but I'm sure John - and everyone 
else who has written to me, on list and off - is correct. Rereading my 
note, I see I left off the thing that made me wonder most about my first 
identification: the lovely peach-colored breast, which is very clear in 
Sibley's pic of a Wrentit.

(No books on the trip; I was out with folks from the Native Plant 
Nursery collecting cuttings, and the binocs seemed enough self-indulgence.)
