 This morning (Saturday) at 11 am, Adele and I saw the male Tufted Duck about 100 
 yds E of the S end of the fishing levee at Clifton Court Forebay.  To reach this location,
 take the Tracy-Byron Highway, turn off at Clifton Court, go to the end of the 
 road, and turn right onto the dirt levee (BIG potholes!).  I did not have time 
 to look for the Barrow's Goldeneye.  Three other birders arrived as I was 
 leaving.  Good luck!
