[EBB Sightings] Western Tanager

We had a female Western Tanager posing at eye level at the Little Farm in 
Tilden on Monday, and today we came upon our first Spotted Sandpiper of the 
season at the Albany Bulb.   A tattler and approximately 20 Black Turnstones were 
also on the outer bulb at high tide.
