[EBB Sightings] Orange Bishop

Today at 9:15  AM Jim Ross of Pleasanton and I ran  upon an Orange Bishop
-Male > no mistaking the ID on this bright Orange bird< in Livermore.
We were on Kitty Hawk road south of LV Airport.
The Orange Bishop was found ( actually if found us ) pass the construction
zone on the left ( south side of road) .
It was sitting on the Barbed Wired fencing boarding the freshly cut hay
field.
It sat for some time , then flew off south over the hay field.
