[EBB Sightings] Burrowing Owls

Rich:

I would add that I have been seeing one Burrowing Owl frequently perched on
the fence along the south side of West Jack London Blvd directly opposite
Livermore Airport property.  This is about midway between the end of the
road in the west and Isabel Ave and Kitty Hawk Rd in the east.

*** Also, note this is just west of the construction site for the future
Super Wal-Mart.  Perhaps the Burrowing Owl Survey could support an
Environmental Impact Report that could stop construction?
