[EBB Sightings] RN Phalaropes at Briones RP

Others have noted the movement of Red-necked Phalaropes through the 
area, mostly along the coast. This afternoon, at the tiny Maricich 
Lagoons in Briones Regional Park, I had a pair drop out of the sky, 
then show off at very close range.
