[EBB Sightings] Emeryville oddity

Good Afternoon

Apologies for this being off-topic but: I saw a
large-ish tortoise sunning itself on a rock at the end
of Emeryville Marina yesterday. Are there native salt
water tortoises in these parts? Or is this an
(escaped?) exotic?

'Had a salamander cross the footpath in front of me
too.
