[EBB Sightings] Ghost Hummer - further comments not sighting

Good Afternoon

I suspect that the pale hummer is not simply
displaying residual juvenile plumage. Another birder
reported seeing it a couple of weeks ago. I did not
see any down. Rather I saw a white hummer that seemed
perfectly mature and as capable of buzzing madly
through the air as any other resident hummer. I saw
the bird in heavy overcast with even lighting and
could not see any mottling to suggest that the plumage
will change.
