[EBB Sightings] Tufted Duck still at Berkeley Aquatic Park (with photo)

This morning I made a stop at Berkeley Aquatic Park to see if the Tufted
Duck was still there. He was very close to shore, near the southeast end of
the north pond where he spent the whole time pretending to sleep.
