[EBB Sightings] White-tailed Kite. Rudgear Park

During a neighborhood walk yesterday, as we admired a flock of  
probably a dozen or so lovely Western Bluebirds in and around a huge  
leafless oak, a White-tailed Kite flew over the Rudgear Park soccer  
field.  The last (and only) time we have seen White-tailed Kite in  
our neighborhood was last fall sometime, perched at the top of a  
redwood tree behind some homes.  Is anyone aware of their ever  
nesting in the area around Rudgear and Livorna?
